This Privacy Policy applies beginning October 15th, 2019. You are authorized to change your consent anytime in our App Settings.

Joy Pray (“OUR PRODUCT” or “WE") collects information from you in order to provide better service. We always put your privacy as the first consideration and this Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

A. Information collected by our Third Party Advertising Partners

We cooperate with third party advertising partners to offer personalized ads for you. Our partners include but are not limited to Facebook Audience Network, Google AdMob, DoubleClick Ad Exchange, DoubleClick for Publishers, Applovin, Ironsrc, Vungle, MoPub, Amazon, and etc. 

Our partners may collect hardware and software information such as IP address, device ID and type, device language, advertising IDs (such as Google's AAID and Apple's IDFA, both of which are randomly generated numbers that you can reset by going into your device' settings), OS(operating system type and version), your local time and the time zone of your area, and identifiers associated with cookies or other technologies that may help uniquely identify your device.


B. Information you directly and voluntarily provide to us

  If you are a user of Joy Pray, we may collect the following information ( includes but is not limited to): your email address, the content of feedback, and the content of questionnaire answered by you. Such information can help us acquire users' feedback and your privacy is guaranteed.

C. Information automatically collected when you use Joy Pray

We automatically collect information about you when you use Joy Pray. We will collect information including, but not limited to:

your IP address, your mobile country code, your google ADID and your identity , information of your mobile device (brand, model, operating system, resolution, screen size, system version, Bluetooth settings, internet connection, RAM), user activity data (browser history, clipboard history, the apps you have installed, the apps you have running in the background, the temperature of your mobile device’s CPU, mobile device’s Android Advertising ID, along with your account activation time), advertisement data (content displayed to you and whether you clicked on it, advertisements displayed to you and whether you clicked on them, URLs you have visited, notifications that have appeared on your mobile device).

We will also request access to your photos, media and files, your device’s camera and microphone, your Wi-Fi connection information and your device ID and call information. Such information may be used for improvement of your experience in our app, or to record unexpected failure data during your usage.

D. Information collected by Third Parties Analytics Services

We may work with third party analytics services to help us provide you with better service. The third party analytics services includes Fabric, Google Firebase, Flurry, and AppCloudBox. Information might be analyzed such as how often you use the application and the events that occur within the application. We collect this type of analysis information and use it in conjunction with the analytical information collected from other users so that such information can not be used to identify any specific individual user.

We may use information for any purpose as below: 

A. To improve user experience. Information enables Joy Pray to understand demographics, customer interest, and other trends;

B. To help develop our service. We may use the information to provide, maintain, improve and modify the application, thus developing new features;

C. To better promote Joy Pray business. We may use the information to improve promotion and find target users.

We have implemented commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information from unexpected loss, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction. However, please note that no app, website, Internet transmission, computer system or wireless connection is absolutely secure. We will always protect your privacy and never leak any data to parties without prior notice to you or without prior mention in this Privacy Policy.

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. Please be advised that we may disclose your personal information if legally required to do so by government agencies, judicial courts or law enforcement bodies, or to protect the safety of the public or any person, or to prevent or stop activity we consider to be illegal.

We upload the installed apps information is only to access apps classification labels so that the installed apps can be organized into folders by categories automatically. The installed apps information is not and will never be used for other purposes.

Joy Pray neither recognizes nor saves users' account information for any programs. This permission is used for us to read email when you send feedback to us so that we can contact you when problem solved..

Joy Pray will only access your location information when you use it and will not be disclosed to any person or third party interest information.

The only purpose of this permission is to identify different users. Phone status and identity are not read for any other purposes.

Users are able to view wallpapers or images stored on their SD card.

Users are able to delete wallpapers or images stored on their SD card.

With this permission, Joy Pray is allowed to make the phone vibrate once after users set the device on vibrate.

Joy Pray is allowed to acquire users’ Home settings and shortcuts with this permission in order to maintain user preferences.

Joy Pray is allowed to install shortcuts on other launchers with this permission, so users can use Joy Pray's related functions in other launchers.

This permission is used in Joy Pray settings for turning on and off the Bluetooth.

Joy Pray is allowed to access the device’s network for functions including downloading wallpapers and accessing app classification labels.

This permission is used in Joy Pray settings to view Wi-Fi and Network connections.

The permission is used to prevent the phone from going to sleep when you are playing videos in full screen mode. Not used for any other purposes.

Joy Pray is allowed to display the number of unread messages in the form of badge on icon. The content of your messages will never be read or any users’ message information will never be loaded.

Joy Pray is allowed to send messages directly by SMS assistant. This may only result in SMS fees and no other fees charged. Joy Pray won’t upload your privacy information.

Joy Pray is allowed to display all apps you have installed correctly on the desktop with this permission.

Joy Pray is allowed to expand or collapse status bar on some specific pages for better user interface with this permission.

Joy Pray is allowed to detect junk files on users’ phone with this permission.

Joy Pray is allowed to boost your phone when some apps take up too much memory.

This permission helps users adjust audio settings conveniently in launcher settings.

YOU AGREE THAT YOU WILL INDEMNIFY US, OUR PARTNERS AND OUR AFFILIATE COMPANIES FROM AND AGAINST ANY CLAIM, SUIT, ACTION, DEMAND, DAMAGE, DEBT, LOSS, COST, EXPENSE (INCLUDING LITIGATION COSTS AND ATTORNEYS' FEES) AND LIABILITY ARISING FROM: (I) YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES OR SOFTWARE; OR (II) YOUR BREACH OF THESE TERMS OR ANY TERMS PROVIDED HEREIN.

We are committed to protecting the privacy of children. We do not collect personal information from children under the age of 13.

These Terms will apply to your use of OUR PRODUCT and Our Service until access to the relevant services is terminated by either you or us.

We may suspend or terminate your access to any or all of Our Service: (i) if we reasonably believe that you have breached these Terms; (ii) if your use of Our Service creates risk for us or for other users of our services, gives rise to a threat of potential third party claims against us or is potentially damaging to our reputation; (iii) if you fail to use Our Service for a prolonged period; or (iv) for any other reason. Where reasonably practicable, we will give you notice of any suspension or termination.

These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us in relation to Our Service. You agree that you will have no claim against us for any statement which is not explicitly set out in these Terms. The invalidity of any provision of these Terms (or parts of any provision) will not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision (or the remaining parts of that provision). If a court holds that we cannot enforce any part of these Terms as drafted, we may replace those terms with similar terms to the extent enforceable under applicable law, without changing the remaining terms of these Terms. No delay in enforcing any provision of these Terms will be construed to be a waiver of any rights under that provision. Any rights and obligations under these Terms which by their nature should survive, including but not limited to any obligations in relation to the liability of, or indemnities (if any) given by, the respective parties, will remain in effect after termination or expiration of these Terms.

No person other than you and us will have any right to enforce these Terms against any person, and you may not delegate, assign or transfer these Terms or any rights or obligations under these Terms, by operation of law or otherwise without our consent. We may freely assign, transfer or sub-contract these Terms or our rights and obligations under these Terms, in whole or in part, without your prior consent or notice. You acknowledge and agree that in no event will our partners or affiliate companies have any liability under these Terms.

Except to the extent that: (i) any applicable additional terms incorporated into these Terms provide differently, or (ii) the applicable laws and regulations of your jurisdiction mandate otherwise (for instance, you may have statutory rights in your jurisdiction in relation to bringing or defending claims in a local court (including small claims court (or similar court), these Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be governed by the law of the People's Republic of China.

Any dispute, controversy or claim (whether in contract, tort or otherwise) arising out of, relating to, or in connection with these Terms, including their existence, validity, interpretation, performance, breach or termination, will be referred to and finally resolved by Guangzhou International Arbitration Center under the its rules in force when the Notice of Arbitration is submitted. The seat of the arbitration will be Guangzhou. There will be one arbitrator only. The arbitration proceedings will be conducted in English.

In its sole discretion, Joy Pray may change this Privacy Policy from time to time, any and all changes will be reflected here. The date new versions posted will be stated at the top of this Privacy Policy, so please review it periodically.
